MEDIocre stay WITH ISSUES
small room bathroom flooding
the room was SMALL. it lacked adequate space for luggage , and i felt confined. the bathroom floor flooded EVERY time i showered because of a poor design. this MADE it inconvenient and messy , requiring extra towels to clean up the water.

amazing stay!
superb location clean room helpful staff delicious breakfast
The location was superb, a very easy walk to san marco square! the room was a great size and very clean. i even borrowed a plug adapter from the helpful staff. I had forgotten mine!!! breakfast was also very delicious with good products.
it was a little tricky to find initially, but i think that's pretty common in the area.

The hotel provided quick wi-fi access. This allowed me to stay connected easily. i especially liked that the room had efficient air conditioning and was a non-smoking room,.

The breakfast offered a moderate selection. It was also very tasty!!! i could eat inside, as the dining room was cozy, or outside. they also offered really good italian coffee.

The location was very central allowing easy access to key sites. the hotel is near san moisè church and close to the giglio vaporetto stop. This made it so convenient to get to the airport!!! the area felt really safe too.

The location was excellent. I found it easy to reach popular attractions from there. The staff stored my luggage after checkout, very helpful (I had a late train).
The bathroom was quite small, I felt a little cramped. There was no lift to all floors. The breakfast was a bit expensive, I thought.

I found several designer shops near. Staff was friendly and helpful always. My room had black out curtains, and this was important. A lift existed and this was convenient too.
My physical key had a quite large key ring and chain to carry during sightseeing.

The hotel is off a central street. The location is near a main square. The site is in a very quiet area, and this is welcome at night. I reached main attractions easily.

central location local concierge
The location was central. High-end shops were next to the entrance of the hotel. There were many places nearby to eat. I not sketchy at all strolling anytime. The concierge was friendly. He recommended some local places to eat.
The shower head was handheld. It made showering difficult.

the location was really central, only a short walk to major attractions. the staff provided fresh towels daily, that was so convenient!
