My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were small but served as the perfect base for a weekend in Venice, and they were even bigger than I expected. The quality of the rooms is decent, and the personnel were very friendly and competent. However, being on the first floor meant noises from reception, breakfast activities, hotel cleaning, and noisy people on the street could be bothersome.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was amazing, right in the historical center, making it easy to explore the main landmarks. The service was really good, with friendly staff willing to assist, but the noise from the bar outside made it difficult to rest well on Saturday night. The dining options were good overall, especially being able to enjoy breakfast in the open courtyard, but the taste of some dishes was poor.
The hotel is in a prime location, close to key attractions and high-end shops. The rooms are basic but clean and hot at night, leading to open windows for ventilation. Service was exceptional, with Roberto going above and beyond for our airport transfer. The dining options were satisfactory but lacked variety. A great spot for future stays!

Don't go to Venice to hang out in your hotel because, well, that's just sad. The rooms were small and uncomfortable, especially for showering. The service was beyond amazing, efficient, and delightful. The location is great, close to main attractions. The dining had a variety of options but lacked in quality. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay in Venice.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were not very friendly, with a missing curtain that let in light early in the morning and a cramped space that made the shower difficult to use, plus only heat available. On the upside, the service was fantastic, located just a 3-minute walk from the main canal and San Marco Square, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location was great, very close to San Marco Basilica and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was average, with a buffet-style offering that was okay. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
